• Where do you ship?

  Asian Cosmetics is building a United States storefront. Shipping regions, carriers, and rates will be confirmed before checkout goes live. See Shipping for the current draft.

• What currency do you use?

  All storefront prices display in U.S. dollars (USD). Amounts are stored in cents.

• Can I check out and pay online today?

  Not yet. Cart and checkout UI are available for review, but live payment processing is intentionally disabled.

• How do I track an order?

  Use Track order with your order number once fulfillment is connected. Tracking is not live against a carrier until that integration is enabled.

• How do returns work?

  Return windows, restocking rules, and refund methods are not finalized. See Returns for the draft outline and required business decisions.

• Are products authentic?

  Authenticity wording must be approved by Asian Cosmetics before it appears as a customer-facing guarantee. Do not treat any draft claim as final.
